Background: Previous studies have shown strong associations between particulate matter (PM) and health impacts focusing on morbidity and mortality from hospital data. To date, ambulance dispatch data has been relatively underutilized for investigation of environmental risk factors upon health.
This presentation will provide a systematic review and meta-analysis to assess the relationship between PM and global ambulance dispatches.
