DDL Emerging Scientist Award 2017 – Francesca Buttini

Francesca Buttini presented her research at DDL2017 and was awarded the inaugural DDL Emerging Scientist Award.

The award recognises significant scientific accomplishment or innovation during the early stages of an individual’s career in inhalation science and Francesca was chosen from a number of applicants to win this award as the judges agreed her work was relevant, innovative and the quality of her research was well designed and presented.

The DDL Emerging Scientist Award runs each year and is open to members of The Aerosol Society who are within 15 years of the award of their PhD (or highest alternative qualification) on 31 December in the year of application.
